CHIKV still struggling with county shapefiles. trying to attach to prism data with fips codes

• met with Courtney to go over summer work

GIS made some predictive maps. Just need to run AUC now

What should I be doing tomorrow?

CHIKV get those shapefiles working

• working on my presentation for Murdock Lab meeting

What should I be doing long term?

• summer field plans

• fleshed out research plan
