What was I up to today?

• SCORE sent draft maps to secretariat. added maps to plot hotspots by arm and year
  • reran glmnet and found no significant variables, different than yesterday, but I think I must have done something wrong yesterday
  • found no spatial correlation amongst prevalence in year 1

• 8910 met with Reni to go over project

• GIS finished Ex03

What should I be doing tomorrow?

• EBV contact the head of Parcs re: bat work

What should I be doing long term?

• Coursera Biostats course

• stop being a fool and learn LaTeX
